What is a Gamechanger?
This year, C4K will be focusing on what it means to be a Gamechanger in celebration of our 10 Year Anniversary. Over the last decade, C4K has been honored to partner with organizations, businesses, individuals, schools and more to make a game-changing impact on Oklahoma kids. We've equipped nearly 150,000 kids with sports shoes and equipment that help them unlock the power of sports.
But what exactly is a Gamechanger? The C4K staff sat down to think about what this word meant to them in terms of being an agent of change in the community. We came up with the following:
Gamechangers are compassionate. They see a need in the community and step up to help meet it.
Gamechangers are innovative. They think critically about how to do the most good.
Gamechangers are collaborative. They know they make a bigger and better impact when they work with others.
Gamechangers are bold. They take action.
Gamechangers are difference-makers. You can see the effects of their work in our neighborhoods, in our schools and more.
C4K is honored to partner with Gamechangers in our community to make a difference for young Oklahomans.
