Simon Greiner Program Kicks Off With ACAC Preview!
It's that time again.... CROSS COUNTRY SEASON!
This year, runners from 10 OKCPS high schools and 13 OKCPS middle schools will be lacing up their shoes through our Simon Greiner Running Program!
This year we expect to outfit 250 runners with brand new running shoes and spikes for the Fall season. Our collaboration with Fields & Futures and Red Coyote Running & Fitness has equipped over 1,000 runners in the past 5 years!
To kick-off another fantastic year, several of our high school teams participated in the ACAC Preview Race at Woodson Park earlier this month. It was so fun to watch the Simon Greiner Program runners take to the course and put their heart into every step! We are so excited to watch how these teams progress throughout the season - we'll be there every step of the way!
