#KidsHelpingKids - Varsity Senior Week 2020!
With end of year activities and graduation ceremonies postponed around the world, we at C4K wanted to find a way to celebrate some of the amazing 2020 graduates on our Varsity Board! This group of high schoolers have made it their mission to help all kids play through sport-related community service, some for their entire high school career.
Every day last week, we had special shout outs and videos that celebrated these young student leaders. It was a fun way to celebrate together during this time of social distancing.
The week started with a Virtual Varsity Board Meeting. The entire board got to hear a message from the board Co-Presidents Meghan McDaniel and Caytie Ross, see a senior shout out video, and hear words of wisdom from Allyson Meyer! Finally, the group got to see Tom McDaniel speak at our 2019 Luncheon. It was a great way to end our year on a high note! You can view that video here.
On social media we also celebrated the different college choices of our seniors...
We also shared a graphic that announced the students who have served on our Varsity Board their entire high school career!
We are so proud of each and every one of our seniors for their hard work this year. Congratulations on all of your accomplishments - we can't wait to see what's next!
